It's a reasonable assumption, yes.
But my body really wants alcohol, so I'm not sure I can trust it  Had to forcibly remove myself from the fish aisle in the supermarket yesterday. I have plenty of fish at home. I wasn't so persuasive about the cheese though. I am eating it in small quantities, but my mouth seems to have dictated that it needs lots of different flavours available.
