1.30pm or so: five rather nasty herb oatcakes, thin scrape of butter, and cheese. 10 tiny tomatoes. A small dish of prunes in juice (it would have been a LARGE dish but we all know what prunes do to the constitution !)
Some time later: an apple
Then: two squares of Very Nice Chocolate (about 1/2 oz?)
Dinner: beef and chorizo stew, steamed cauliflower&broccolli, tiny bit of mashed potatos. Followed by the last 90g of yoghurt.

It helps to know what kind of eater you are. I'm definitely a grazer (although I love a good, massive FEAST now and again as much as the next person ...), so I kind of plan to have little staging posts through the day, in the form of fruit, or yoghurt, or chocolate ...
