Seemingly it was you who engaged in conflation. From that post on I could quite rightly suggest that you had called those people weak-minded fools.


For a man who claims not to care you're doing a belting job of demonstrating the exact opposite. I'm also struck by how much you are making the affair all about you. Again for someone who claims he wants to be kept out of our petty squabbling, you're doing a bang-up job of placing yourself front and centre.

Keep it up though, please. It's terribly entertaining.

I'd hardly call this statement "in favour of moderation". I was offering to help trial something. That doesn't make me in favour of it per se, in my view, simply in favour of trying it (along the lines of "I don't agree with what you say but support your right to say it").
