I got my 58.
Took me until 67 to get there though - it was too slow for me to bother carrying on. I got hammered by a slew of questions with numbers in them - I have a reasonably good grasp of American history, and a middling understanding of politics (for a furriner) but don't be asking me questions about how many Senators and how long they serve for. Numbers. Urgh.
