How many times have you touched your face today?

I use the wipes at the gym on my hands when I use the machines, maybe 2-3 times in an hour or so. I don't like the hand sanitizer so I never use it (although one time they switched it's spot with the moisterizer in the locker room so I covered myself in it.... that was pretty suck).
Maybe if I lived or worked in a different environment I'd feel differently... but I think basic hygiene, not sanitizing one's self is the way to go. The immune system needs exercise to work well too.

I have gotten exposed to so much stuff over the last 30+ years I think I am good to go. I just don't want to actually give it to someone else. I am probably a walking vector for that reason.
