Wait, WTF? The other 6% are prepared for it? How did they prepare?

I'll probably be getting this one in my email. My dad has a cousin who sends them to him (and about 50 other people, all in the To: line), and he passes them on to me.

There was originally one state called "Dakota" and the 6% who prepared seceded to form the state of North Dakota. Mount Rushmore, being a mountain, is fixed in place and is thus unlikely to affect people that don't live in the same state when it goes on a murderous rampage.
