From a quick look, about half the posts in Current Events would belong in an International Affairs section.
I have no opinion on whether this "ought to be" an American forum, I guess it's roughly an English language forum. All are welcome, but it does seem that people who speak English as a foreign language are always at a serious disadvantage. |
