The PC Adventure Company

Years ago, I bought 2 or 3 games produced by the "Adventure Company".

They crashed, were buggy, and generally didn't work. I was pissed.

I went to Best Buy the other day and looked at the PC game selection, and the Adventure company seems to be churning out great game boxes with great ideas and they look like they would be really fun, but I'm still really scared to buy something that is gonna crash on me.

Has anyone else bought an Adventure Company game, and have you had any problems with it/them?

I'm really interested in a game called "Missing: Since January".

The game you mentioned was reviewed at Gamespot, and got a pretty respectable 7.1. I would look at some more reviews before purchasing, but it seems solid.

Edit: "Respectable" may seem like a strong word on a 7.1 game, but considering it's an adventure game and so many of those are crap these days, 7.1 isn't bad at all. And it's player ranked at 7.7.
