I've been at two jobs working with technology, and I've seen schools and corporations with mountains of broken and/or obsolete equipment. They pay people to haul it off, supposedly to be recycled or landfilled somehow. Well, I've just found where all that material actually went, and it is very depressing.

This stikes me as a great long term plan to curb the population growth in the country that is probably the next Great Menace.

100,000 waste reclamation specialists aka scavangers is a drop in the bucket for China. Ten times that still is insignificant. Its only human lives, what does American business and the Chinese communist government care?

I don't think the US and China will go at it any time soon. They make too much money off each other right now.
