This summer, coming to a computer near you, Ubuntu for Windows.
Microsoft and Canonical have teamed up to do this, so you can use Linux tools and apps on Windows.

It seems an unlikely pairing, but it might help rekindle my interest in Linux.

I don't think it's of any value to me, but figured for you computer nerds/geeks (I never know the proper terminology), it might blow your skirt up.

Worth it just for find/grep.

Windows search is beyond awful.

I am waiting for Microsoft to collaborate on wine for linux.
