It's a sharp looking truck...I saw it at the Kansas City Auto Show. The weight savings on it are ridiculous! And only $400 more than last year.
http://truckyeah.jalopnik.com/2015-ford-f-150-msrp-up-395-to-3-515-whats-new-besid-1611970737That picture's a lie. $26,615 is a base truck, that crew cab is at least $50,000.
You can get a 2014 "base" crew cab for $9000 more than original.
That still makes that picture a lie. You'll have a hard time... no, make that you won't, find that crew cab XL on any dealer's lot. You'd have to order it built because they simply don't sell. People/companies buying crew cabs want all the bells and whistles, or an F-250, or both.
No, you're right, though I think most folks that read Jalopnik know that particular vehicle and the price point don't match.
The XLT is apparently the biggest seller.
