oh but I do not love my new phone

I like the screen. I like the features. I like the keyboard.

BUT IT WON'T STAY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.

I got a Droid 4, upgraded from Droid 2. Never, NOT ONCE, did I ever have any trouble whatsoever for the two years I had the Droid 2. I could've gone to Bumfudge Birstanikstan and had coverage.

What causes this? Sometimes the little 3G (or more rarely 4G) will be lit up, but there will be no bars. Sometimes there's a tiny bar and I can connect, but it goes away just as quickly. Sometimes there are a couple bars but no little 3G or 4G indicator.

I don't know what to do. Another thing is it keeps trying to tell me there's a wi-fi connection available but I never used wi-fi on my Droid 2. And messing with that doesn't change anything anyway.

I am disappoint. :sniff:

It may just be a bad phone. Go back to store and complain and they will replace.

Yeah, I bought it online. Then took it to the Verizon store because I couldn't even activate it. I had to buy a new sim card from them.

I HOPE there's a way to exchange it online. I see now why I should buy from the store.

If you bought it on the bay, you make have to sell it online to "exchange" it.

Oh, wait...I bought it from Verizon online.

I'll check the site here in a bit.
