"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item"

fucker suddenly won't let me launch an application that was working fine a few hours ago. Starts in safe mode however. I am admin.

POS computers

HA! Kaspersky decided to block the application because of a trojan. I reset it to high restricted and we'll see if that works.

How did a condom get in your computer?

Haggis!

I hate Kaspersky. Last week, I was working in MRI (property management accounting software) when suddenly, it shut down and I could not access it anymore. I've been using this program, on this computer, for nearly 4 years.

Turns out, Kaspersky suddenly decided to quarantine it.

Kasperky sounds like someone in a Dostoevsky novel.
