Nice. This will make it a lot easier to get around this summer.

This has potential.

All y'all are extremely optimistic! I love googlemaps, but it's still pretty dodgy on limited access interchanges (especially multi-level ones) and one-way streets. There are many bike routes in my city -google already directs cars down a few of them- I'mma let you finish, but.....

If it just directs the bikers off the windingest of local roads, with cliffs on one side and rivers on the other, I wouldn't hate them nearly as much....

Google maps for bicycles are improving. I just had it plot a couple of routes for me. It used bicycle paths where possible and low-traffic streets where it wasn't. I had no idea there were so many bicycle paths near me.

I used it a little in the summer and was more impressed than I thought I'd be, but it wasn't da bomb. One of the biggest problems was the main road crossings. It'd find a nice route on each side and link them by having you cross where there's a high curb with no cut in a 5-lane 55 zone with no pedestrian crossing in the middle of an industrial zone.
