When they invent Telpeporting

lumberjim • Mar 11, 2009 10:44 pm
Will you do it?

you can pick 2 if you've killed a hobo
Razzmatazz13 • Mar 12, 2009 12:35 am
I'm being pessimistic, I just saw something about teleporting on the history channel: star trek edition. Or something like that.
bluecuracao • Mar 12, 2009 1:25 am
Wait, this poll is misleading. I was all ready to be for telpeporting, that would RAWPK.
Beestie • Mar 12, 2009 3:29 am
I saw the Fly. But I still said Hell, Yeah!
DanaC • Mar 12, 2009 6:33 am
Shawnee, you're on report for killing a hobo!

Oh and damn right I would. Teleport that is. It might be the last thing I ever do...but yes.
NoBoxes • Mar 12, 2009 6:49 am
It'd be a good way to get rid of dead hobos.
DanaC • Mar 12, 2009 6:52 am
Oh. Oh that's elegant. I like it.
ZenGum • Mar 12, 2009 7:02 am
I had been wondering where all those dead hobos had been coming from. I swear I don't kill that many. I thought I was going nuts or something.
DanaC • Mar 12, 2009 7:10 am
That reminds me of this one time, at band camp....no...start again, sorry: this one time, when I was a kid. We had two west highland white terriers and they were mooching about the house in and out of the living room, occasionally going in front of the tv, which my mum and I were watching.

All of a sudden we noticed an extra westie. Yes...there were three little white dogs mooching about the house and occasionally going in front o fthe tv.

Dad had adopted a dog that a guy he knew could no longer keep. Hadn't mentioned it. Just waited for us to notice the extra westie.

lmao! That is hilarious.

I don't know what the big deal is. I kill a hobo before every lit test. It's good luck!

Yeah, but in an English department you've got a large population of them (AKA adjuncts teaching Freshman Comp).

Anyway, LJ, the more important question for you and other folks in the auto biz, is what are you going to do once people don't need your product anymore?
Shawnee123 • Mar 12, 2009 10:13 am
Look at everybody jumping on the "killed a hobo" bandwagon. I haz hobo parts I keep around, for proof.

What? You keep the peckers?
Shawnee123 • Mar 12, 2009 10:29 am
Well, except for the girl hobos. I kept the brain of one girl hobo who was a real attention ho-bo. She was all "look at me, look at me...I'm starving and I ride boxcars." I've been looking for the hobo gene.

I am not generally happy with my life.
If they let me (and bastards have strict rules) I'd do anything experimental that would pay.

Or excuse me, I'm about to have kittens.

Read "Jumper" by Steven Gould, about a kid who discovers he can teleport, and what he does with it.

They made a bad movie of it. Book, and it's sequel, are MUCH better and make much more sense.
toranokaze • Mar 13, 2009 1:27 pm
I was killing hobos before it was cool
Cicero • Mar 13, 2009 2:50 pm
I already do it. I come by my house from the future, and discuss which restaurants will give me food poisoning.
Sheldonrs • Mar 13, 2009 5:38 pm
I didn't know there were so many hobosexuals here.
ZenGum • Mar 14, 2009 12:12 am
Hey, Sheldon, we don't all kill them that way.

I thought undercoating was standard on all teleporters now. We have come a long way since the NIST transported atoms some years ago. Cost controller are now charging extra for the undercoating.

lol, yeh the MBA's worked into the package price. Now the upgrade... come over here and lemme show you what a little extra can get you.
