It is too damn easy to download software, movies, games, media, anything digital via high speed internet onto my personal computer. Tonight I wanted Sony Vegas 8.0 and ACID Pro 6.0 so I downloaded them in about 30 minutes total.
Gift or curse?
Gift to the people, curse to the RIAA.
Enjoy :D

RIAA only cares if you download music. Sony Vegas and Acid Pro are software.
This is a hot button for me as most here know and I would quote you chapter and verse on why it is still stealing and hurts the musician or software developer. But I've got a product to get out the door (which Spectacle would undoubtedly steal if he were smart enough to need a stats program).
I just download albums to see if I like them, and then I go out and buy it, as I like to support bands that I like.
BTW, I think you mean it is too damned easy...

Last time I checked, music fell under the "media" category. I mentioned the RIAA because they make the most noise about filesharing.
