I'm looking for some software for mac.

[*]Runs in "Kiosk" mode
[*]The user pushes a button, and the built-in camera snaps a photo of them
[*]they fill in fields with email, phone #, etc
[*]the software then generates a contact list with photos, or a searchable database, or exports vcards, whatever

anybody know of anything that functions like that?
