Old computer and newer montior giveaway

I'm unloading a very old Packard Bell computer. It will probably go to Goodwill if noone wants it.

However, I am getting rid of a Compaq 19 inch monitor, if anyone in the Cellar wants it and is willing to come to Chadds Ford to pick it up.

And yes, I realize I typed 'monitor' wrong in the title.

How old it the Packard Bell? If 200 Mhz or faster, then is still has a very useful live if using Windows NT - and would be useless if running Windows 9x.
