Does anyone know where a HTML Document would exist on the net that emulates the Matrix Code running down your screen as a wallpaper?

It is possible to do it but I dont know where they are.....

Does anyone have any suggestions

Huh?
As in you want it to move right?
HTML isn't really designed for the whole moving thing.
Both these threads should be in technology.

You want Javascript.

Google for 'matrix codebreaker javascript'

If you just want HTML, the best I can think of would be this.

Actually, an easier solution than Jvascript would be a repeating animated .gif background, which (afaik) isn't possible on Windows, but is possible in HTML which can then be an ActiveDesktop.

Of course, if the .gif is too small, the repeating patterns might be distracting.
