arrrrrrrrgh.. this whole process has got to be grossly bloated and inept.

Does anyone have any suggestions/warnings that might be of help in this process? I've already done the basic's (home inspection, applied for mortgage, etc), but still have the nagging feeling that I am missing something (although I'm sure it's stupid).

Outside of that... I'm already prepared to move in.. I've got my wireless networking gear set... who needs furniture?
