Well, we now have a new mascot for our regional office located in the old Rich's Department Store in downtown Atlanta. After our first sighting yesterday, he came back to the 6th-floor window ledge again today; twice! He even seemed to enjoy our attention as we gathered by the window:

Here's Richey Redtail, hangin out looking for some early Thanksgiving "Five Points Pigeon," a local delicacy here in Atlanta.

When we pulled up the blinds, he just watched them go up, and then looked at us.

Here's Richey's leftovers from yesterday. Mmmm, mm, good.
