My Dad was immune to food poisoning. He wouldn't let us throw anything away. Sausage gone mouldy? Just cut off the mouldy bit and cook...naturally, we wouldn't eat it...but he did.
*slight shudder* Uncooked Kidney beans? He'd eat them raw whilst cooking.
