I was thinking something to do with chickens, but it's awfully dainty. It's got an unused hole in one side for putting it on a string, but you didn't do that, so it's not needed. It has a grippy part, but the grippy part is very lame. It couldn't take much force without your fingers slipping. I was thinking some sort of bag or zipper closure. Or maybe a marking tool like a pounce wheel. Also reminds me of those wrapping paper cutters, but there is not enough to grab on to.
You wouldn't by any chance have a picture of the other side? |
