Looking at it again on the video where it's slightly clearer, I was wondering if that wood "shelf" with the fold down wings was added to make it useful in that setting. Although it would be a shitload easier to have just built the shelf solid, but but who knows. Since it is a NSFW video, trying to contact them would be pretty creepy.
