What is pissing you off this time?

I wish it was just about big musician egos (well, there are a couple in the mix!). Mostly it's about not being able to muster more than a randomly assorted (and different to previous and subsequent weeks) dozen or so of our 22 member to rehearse each week, meaning that gig planning (and rehearsal planning) is just not possible. Along with Mr L and I doing 75% or more of the admin tasks. Just four of 22 lift a finger to do anything for the band .... As I said, biggest
