I don't know if it's universal, but 99% of the women who come to my house immediately head for the bathroom.
I've had dogs so exited to see me they peed, but I doubt that's the reason in this case. So a girl told me she was going to stop by. I said the door's open, come on in. Then I hung these 3 signs.
