Some women no matter how well they are loved and treated feel the need to leave their significant others, for no other reason than they want a change. My ex was that way. The guy she took up with beat her up and took her money. But she loved him. That's what she said.

There are either never enough or too many,
Not so great when they are cold,
Come in a range of shades from pale to dark,

but you didn't say some women. What are all women like that made classic's longterm relationship end? Presumably something that men are not, something uniquely, inherently feminine?
