Here is the Human Rights Watch summary of his record for five decades of killing, repression, surveillance, beatings, arbitrary detention, economic stagnation, mass flight, propaganda, punishment of journalists, forced re-education of gays... the list of offenses just goes on and fuckin' on...

They loved him. Like they loved the murderous Che. I'm pretty sure it's because they are subject to exactly the same type of "big man" persuasion they pretend to hate so well in Trump. Once persuaded you will excuse everything, even murder.

"Just wrong goals." That's just about the worst thing I've ever heard.
