In order to fully comprehend this thread I have to ask El Veto-Voter which freedoms have specifically been taken.

As a plainly outrageous example, did the Federal Government require you to quarter troops in your residence without your consent?

Or was it more subversive: to use a less unlikely example, did statements by public officials make you personally afraid of publicly stating your opinion?

Scalia said the Constitution does not grant right of privacy. So yes, which rights (or freedoms) are on this list?
