Like glatt said, hindsight is 20/20. Sometimes jumping into something before you're ready is more damaging after all, because you get discouraged by the lack of initial success and never get back around to making a real go at it. All that matters is here and now, and what you've done so far is impressive, even if it's still only half as impressive as you someday intend it to be.
