The 'rents new flat.
Building with the red door, first floor (second floor to Americans) Oh, just noticed the extra windows below. It's the floor ABOVE where the red door is. I forgot there is another flat below, which is currently being reburbished. It's above the offices of the charity they will be renting from. It's in an area which has many solicitors' offices with some residential properties.
