GA bans "special" piercings

for the record, clitoral piercing is extremely rare due to the potential loss of sensation. You all are more likely referring to a clitoral HOOD piercing, yes?

Also, speaking as someone who used to sound much like wolf until I had a "special" piercing done in a moment of madness. Six weeks later, Lil Elvis forgave me and the reviews have been enthusiastic.

But then again, I'm a guy and a Penna resident, therefore not subject to the backwards hillbillies that appear to be running the GA House.
