Among totally make up names there's Hugh Jarse and Hugh G. Rection
then again irl noduff I had a client years ago called Michael Hunt, and i never Never called him Mike. you can imagine asking to tannoy him round the building and a female receptionist announcing "has anyone seen Mike Hunt, ......
