I should clarify that I do think there's a difference between embarrassing moments and using the internet for genuinely bad behavior. Most of us get drunk sometimes, get naked sometimes, and do them simultaneously sometimes, and like Chef said, "Children, there's a time and a place for everything, and it's called college." Being rude about everyone around you has always been bad employee behavior, and even if this girl didn't have Twitter I bet the habit manifests in her real life. It might have started affecting her sooner, but unlike sexy-boob-grabbing-time on a vacation, the snarking behavior would have gotten her fired or cost her a promotion eventually.
