Quite right... and a good thing, too. There's simply no need for cash in today's society. It's inconvenient to use, expensive to manufacture, and the anonymity it provides gives cover to criminals and terrorists. That sort of privacy has become a luxury we can no longer afford. So what if the government can track your purchases electronically? If you're not doing anything illegal, you have nothing to fear.

Cash should be abolished as soon as possible.
