Bruises

Slipped on stairs.
Sober.

Had my arms out to grab Diz because he was trying to chase Mia up the stairs.
They're not supposed to be out at the same time, but Dad opened both the doors, and after all you can't really blame someone with dementia for not remembering a cat timetable.

Have similar bruises on thigh and shoulder, - I fell on my right side - but more difficult to photograph.
