We'll need hundreds to make a decent pie. I think we can work them into hors douvres though. Hold the beak, dip into boiling water to remove the feathers, dip into boiling oil for a crispy skin, serve on crackers. To eat, hold by the beak, eat in one bite, use the beak as a toothpick.
