There be lots of veg involved. I like calcium and potassium.

Chicky chunx are for special occasions, when i haven't eaten in a day and a half.

I am addicted to buffaloaf sauce, i admit.

Darling, it's the beer you should object to.

Besides, maybe i wanna bulk up. Going for He-woman of the year.

Oh you can certainly diet on it. Probably won't lose any weight, but you can diet on it.

Sad to say, unless you're going to cut calories (beer), you need to work out to have a noticeable effect. Bigger engine burns more fuel....

I was referring to the deep fried lard comment by Nirvana.

So far, I haven't seen anything in your diet that I'd want to live w/o.

Be sure never to drink light beer. Guinness or some decent ale will add the proper amount of nutrition in the form of vitamin LWL*.

Have to agree with Nirvana, here - lots of veggies. Some berries and stone/tree fruits. Some whole grains, some legumes, and it's all good.

Can the veggies be wrapped in bacon, batter-dipped, then deep fried in lard?

j/k

Cottage cheese is meant to be a low fat alternative to begin with. Getting low fat cottage cheese seems like overkill to me. lol

There's the joie de vivre I've been looking for! A man, in a singular pursuit for the perfect beer. When you get famous I'll write your autobiography.

Now for some recursiveness. http://www.cellar.org/showthread.php?t=28682&page=2

I didn't get my wingies last night. Maybe tonight. I shall have to forage through the forests, looking for fairy trees and slight ripples in the otherwise still waters...all signs of mystical cookery, until I come across the entrance to the Magical Wings and Rings.
