You and my mom. Brains for breakfast and heart for dinner. No brains for me, but I did have to eat the heart . . . almost every single Sunday . . . for a couple of years . . . until she got on another kick.

I really don't like eating beef. I have had moose and buffalo and can tolerate those a bit better. Deer heart might actually go down okay.

Now, I just need me someone to shoot me a deer!
