Can't get that tofu out of my food-mind.
It's the same as when I first had cha siu bao. The taste, the sensation, the flavour - it was like an addiction. And all the more so because there was nowhere local I could get hold of it. Bloody Chinese and their opium laced food. Oh and I finally noticed that my previous post is in COMPLETELY the wrong thread. Never mind. Tofu haters will chance upon it in years to come and feel uplifted.
