After my sleep study I found out I was averaging 9 minutes of sleep before I woke, for a total of about three and a half hours.
Now I take 100mg of Trazadone to help me fall asleep. and 200 or 300mg or Gabapentin to stay asleep. The RLS was waking me 50 times a night or something. The past few months have been great, sleep wise. Still I can use a nice hour long nap midday when I can get one. Grav, talk to your doc about a sleep study
