IMHO....

Sometimes a woman wants to be all sexy and stuff. Then it is (probably) okay to look at her and treat her as sexy. (Unless she's drunk or has "issues" or whatever, then you're taking advantage. Bad play.)

Sometimes she wants to explain her new interpretation of quantum physics or a proposal for functional healthcare. At that time, the comment, "Nice tits" is not appropriate.

Learning to tell the difference and act accordingly is what separates the men from the boys.
