Primanti's is a bar/grill found all over Pittsburgh and in surrounding towns that's famous for one thing: The Primanti's Sandwich.

Here it is:

~~ Slice of Italian (i think) bread
~~ Coleslaw
~~ French fries
~~ Other slice of bread

You can get your choice of meat (chicken, steak, etc.) and other toppings (cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, etc. etc.), but those are the basic components of the sandwich. You order it without those, and they look at you like you have three more heads.

They put fresh-out-the-fryer French Fries and coleslaw on a sandwich, and they think you're nuts.

This just proves I'm from out of town. In fact it's a lot like number 62

And just in case you meant Pittsburgh, it's Philadelphia's evil bastard brother on the other side of the mountains.
