He doesmiss her. Cheers babba! Also I couldn't work out why Mum was talking about Yum Cha when she'd obviously had Dim Sum by her description and the photos! So I Googled it. Of course she was correct (no doubt hearing it from you). For those who don't know, Yum Cha is the meal/ the experience. Like having a Sunday Roast, even though many parts of the meal are not roasted and the experience is more about sitting down together. Dim Sum is the food or individual dishes. A term I have never heard here, although I've been out for Dim Sum in London in restaurants which had 70%+ Chinese customers. It's a melting pot, baby... we pick up different terms in different places.
