Reminds me of going to Richard Herring's Christ on a Bike show with J.
There's a bit where having decided he's the second coming he sets about gathering up his disciples. J and I were in the front row: RH: You, sir (pointing at J), you'd like to be my disciple yes? ...What's your name sir? J: Judah ... a beat. RH: Are you lying?

well, to be sure.... but I was merely wondering what the intent was. I use the apostropholon because I'm too lazy to go back and correct it when my finger misses the apostrophe. And I haven't done it in a while. It was from switching from a standard keyboard to my laptop every day. Lately, I seldom post from my laptop... so my right pinky has become more accurate in that respect.
qcc or should that be... poo pee pee

yes, i actually was reminded of that scene in Reamde. given no other explanation, I'm going to put it down to 'looks cool' and let it rest.

I don't know why. I know what the joke is. I know what I will find when I click the link. But it's like some strange hypnotic compulsion.
Everytime.

So today, contact every Jewish person of your acquaintance, and thank them for trying to kill Jesus back when this Christianity thing could have been nipped in the bud. Explain to them that the failure of their ancestors' efforts was wholly the fault of the Roman centurions entrusted with the job, and that if they had a chance to do it, again, we're certain that they'd do it right today. And remember to assure them that they bear no responsibility for the bloody, horrifying, two-thousand-year heritage of Christian-directed murder, rampage, imperialism, torture, and intellectual and moral bankruptcy that has stunted the growth of civilization.
