JB, this is an excellent example of the florid free association of schizophrenia. I am concerned because that is one of your more incoherent posts. I advise that you print that post and show it to whatever medical professional you are currently dealing with.

In the meantime, umm ... try to chill out some. Don't stress yourself over the fate of the nation and the world. Just nurture your own mind and take care of small to medium sized things in your life: shopping, eating well, personal hygiene, domestic cleaning, things like that. Keep busy, it will probably help your mood stabilise.
