I'll be 50 soon. It just doesn't seem real.

I turned 40 in the midst of my life exploding 2 summers ago, so it was a non event. 41 went by nearly unnoticed.

jinx turns 40 this year, though... the old bat.

44 this summer. Fuck age. Age don't mean shit.

BTW: Baby's neighbor's daughter guessed me at 32 the other night. I put her in my will.

On the other hand, my best friend's girlfriend's daughter (17) gave me a hug a couple months ago, got a whif of my Aqua Velva, and said "You smell just like my Dad."......Bitch.

ZenGum, Aliantha, DanaC, & Sundae mustn't forget that beginning with their 40th birthdays they are no longer to wash their favorite coffee/tea cup if they hope to attain a patina full of memories ŕ la Lamplighter.

While the short term memory is the first thing to go, aromas can be a powerful trigger of recall and the smell of a well seasoned cup can help restore one's sense of continuity.

Perhaps someone would even like to start a thread in the images forum to track the evolution of your cupfuls of yesterdays. I'd do it for you; but, you old people give me the creeps.

I will always display proper kitchen hygiene, unfortunately for some apparently. Can't think of anything worse than drinking from a grotty cup to be honest. (no offence Lamp)

Since you're so cocky, maybe you won't mind my saying....OMG! You're only 27??!!?? I thought you looked older than that. Nopes, not saying it out of bitterness. I honestly thought you were older by your picture.

Haggis!

I don't have to say it because it was only about 2 and a half months ago that I turned 47, but yeah...I'll be 48 in November.

Just a number. Can't change it, but can embrace it. Still though...where has all the time gone?

I'm disturbed by the number of bitter old women on here. Why doesn't the Cellar attract more young beauties such as MTP??

Not to seem like I don't want to state my age, I'll be 42 in April.

Infinity: You know, I never knew your age.

Because most women are not interesting until they're 40.
