That's me, too.

We have 20 public sector TV programs, only 2 of which run commercials. They're paid for through fees, which everybody has to pay. I also listen exclusively to radio channels without commercials.
In the rare case when I watch a TV channel with commercials, I switch as soon as they come up, switch back when I estimate the content is on again.
