Philthy, that sounds like a GOOD PLACE.
Can't get my head round the pronunciation though!

We're having a FOUR bird roast, but it comes from a supermarket and will probably be dry.
Sorry Mum, it's true, you overcook meat.

Last night I made a ham pie with leek, onion, potato, leftover ham, double cream (!) and mustard. Bloody good it was, even if I say so myself. We;;, I was following a recipe mostly.

And then cherries in kirsch with buckwheat pancakes and Cherry Gran Marnier cream for dessert. I spoiled them like an Ambassador.

Quoting myself, but it is still true.

D R Y

Just finished it.
It was dry.

Ate after my family, but no gravy left. I should have made some,
It might have been less dry, but not by much.

Also no yorkshire pudding (probably wasn't any) and no sausage in bacon (which there were - the greedy pigs) and no peas.

Overall - disappointed.
