I haven't seen this particular episode, but I sometimes watch Toddlers and Tiaras when I'm too lazy to change the channel or there is nothing else on ... that clip should be classed as child abuse, though. I thought the awful badness ended at the level of spray tans and teased hair.
Oh man. that's just wrongness all over that. I mainly watch for the insane parent parts, same reason I like Supernanny.
